Today we celebrate the gift of running and how much it means to so many of us.
Whether we are casual joggers, speed merchants, marathon runners or run just for the sheer joy of getting out in the open. Running can be a great companion taking us on exciting journeys, introducing us to new friends and giving us time and space to clear our minds of all lifes' clutter.
Each of us has a different reason for running
