This guide is for a beginner and most runs/jogs in the guide are at easy pace, this why the body can handle the load put onto it over the week. This is only a guide and can be adapted to suit you. Always implement small increases only. If you are feeling good and want to add a little extra, add in some yoga or stretching days for 10 minutes just to ease muscles and help with recovery. Always get enough rest and sleep as this helps the body repair and be ready to fight a new day. Always consult your doctor before starting a new exercise guide.
